Terms of Service

By accessing withakub.com, purchasing a Solo or Business space license, or using the Akub Inventory dashboard, APIs, collection pages, or embeds, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Akub Inventory provides tools to log products, track stock levels, and record sales in a personal workspace. Features vary by license tier. We may update features, limits, or infrastructure providers to maintain quality and security.

• Akub Inventory is sold as a quarterly subscription per space. Solo is ₦45,000 per quarter; Business is ₦120,000 per quarter unless a different price is shown at checkout.
• Current tiers (Solo and Business) include defined limits on products and features as described at purchase.
• Payments are processed by Flutterwave in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Upgrades (for example Solo to Business) are separate purchases that expand limits and features on an existing space when payment succeeds.
• Except where required by applicable consumer law, license fees are non-refundable once access is provisioned.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a space, including your public slug. Slugs must not infringe third-party rights or impersonate others.

You may not share a single license across unrelated organizations unless your tier explicitly permits it. Each space is intended for one commercial or brand context.

Product names, prices, stock quantities, sales records, and other data you enter in your workspace ("Workspace Content") remains your responsibility. You must have lawful rights to store and process it.

You grant Akub Inventory a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Workspace Content solely to operate the service for your workspace. You represent that your inventory data does not violate third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use Akub Inventory for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that is defamatory or hateful.
• Collect sensitive categories of data without proper legal basis and safeguards.
• Attempt to bypass technical limits, quotas, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk to other users, or legal requirement.

Business licenses may include additional features as described at purchase. We may display Akub Inventory branding on marketing surfaces unless your license tier provides white-label options where available.

Akub Inventory, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our IP. You retain ownership of your workspace configuration and inventory data.

The service integrates third-party providers (including payment and hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKUB INVENTORY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AKUB INVENTORY FOR THE RELEVANT WORKSPACE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify Akub Inventory against claims arising from your use of the service, your Workspace Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using Akub Inventory at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment (where applicable), breach, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the dashboard ends; we may delete data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA/UK may retain mandatory protections in their country of residence.
